Smart accident management

Since 2004, we have been providing smart accident management and reassurance to thousands of domestic and PCO drivers.

Disappointed with how he was dealt with and the service he received after an accident, Sheran (co-founder) envisaged a service that managed the entire accident process while keeping a strong eye on customer care.

Back in 2004 and in the midst of a sea of rogue claims companies, Sheran set up the company to simplify the accident process for drivers, ensure they had a decent replacement vehicle, and serve customers with integrity. Customers found it refreshing to use a company that they can rely on to deal with these levels of issues.

A few years later, he and his partners made sure all the vehicles were also PCO licensed so that Private Hire drivers could also benefit from our quality service, getting back on the road immediately and ready for work.

As Sheran found after his accident, motorists feel like everything is offloaded on to them with no clarity and direction. All he wanted was some brief information, what he was entitled to, and what to do next – without the complexity. Whilst flashy marketing is great, during such stressful periods people just want someone to talk to so they can feel at ease and trust something is happening.

A recent internal survey shows that a large number of claimants reported a high level of overall satisfaction having just one person dealing with their claim compared with having various people dealing with their claim.
